Fly – Mosaic Zonker
 
Best time to fish – Between November and February. 
 
Recommended setup – Fish as a single fly on a sink tip line with a 10ft flurocarbon leader.
 
How to fish – For best results, you want to add movement to the fly. As a result of this, distance is key as this will allow you more time to control the retrieve. A fast figure eight or strip retrieve works best, but don't forget to add a pause during the retrieve. It is this pause, followed by a fast retrieve, that often leads to an induced take.
